flatplan for music mag fc

this is the flatplan for the front cover of my magazine.

music magazine contents page 'Diverse'

This is the contents page for my music magazine 'Diverse'. The logo for diverse is in the top left hand corner of the page, and the page is clearly labelled 'contents'. each part of the contents page is labelled clearly to say whether it is something that is a feature in the magazine, or a regular. each image has been explained through a caption and has a number to show which page you can find it on. each story also has a page number. There are contacts details on the contents page for people to get intouch with diverse if they want to. the page is also broken up into sections using lines. this will make it look more proffessional.

music magazine front cover 'Diverse'

This is the fornt cover for my music magazine 'Diverse'. The main focus from the main image a singer Called Georgia Lee, and the lead article is also about her, aswell as the third left. My masthead is the same throught my magazine and the logo for my magazine take the 'D' from the start of the masthead. there are lots of cover stories on the magazine front cover including some interviews. the stoired on the front cover are put there because I thought that they would most likely be stories that the readers of my magazine would be most interested to see.

music magazine double page spread 'Diverse'

This is the double page spread for my music magazine 'diverse'. The focus is of an interview with a singer called Georgia Lee. The masthead is of the name diverse and the logo for our magazine which would be vastly recognised as being a 'D' which is shown in the top left hand corner of the double page spread and every other page in the magazine. It has a pull quote, and standfirst, a byline, lead image, collumns, a drop cap, tone and register and body copy. the tone of the article is very laid back and on a friendly basis but there is no use of slang, and although the interview is less serious, it still has a formal layout. The main image is of Georgie Lee herself, and she leaning back on her arms and smiling in a way to make it feels like she is comfortable and friendly. it also shows off her long legs as they stretch across the page, also adding the the way that the page is layed out with the writing forming around the shape of her body. this is one main reason I made sure that the photo would stretch along, onto the second page.
